Since I bought my first camera in 2009, photography has always been a part of my life. Some periods more active than others. Sometimes it was more than a hobby and became a job alongside my career in the social welfare sector. After several years in which photography as a hobby received less attention, I have recently regained the joy of photography.
For me, photography is a way to express my creativity and explore the world around me. Whether close to home or further away; I am always looking for new locations to capture in photographs. The search for those places combined with special conditions makes photography challenging and satisfying.
At the same time as capturing these places, there is always the desire to share what I observe with others. Sharing the images and stories is my way of showing a glimpse of the incredible depth and beauty of creation. I only capture what has been created by someone else.
Be it a special place, fascinating circumstances, buildings full of stories or people full of character; they are worth capturing.
